Our philosophy of fresh, healthy choices applies to all the food we prepare. We use primarily fresh vegetables & cheeses, olive oil, wine & balsamic vinegars. We happily will try to cater to any special dietary requirements.You can find healthy, hearty delicious dishes every day served up with a dose of banter, commentary and fun to accompany your food!

Sandwiches

Our Sandwiches are made fresh for you on the tastiest Italian Foccacia with top quality imported cheeses and prepared meats.

Soups

Our soups are prepared daily in our kitchen from fresh produce with no flour, thickeners or MSG. Eating in means getting your soup in a huge, heavy bowl topped with the options of finely grated parmesan and cracked black pepper, and served with soft focaccia bread.

Crisp, fresh Romaine hearts with our own Cesar Dressing (no anchovies – lots of taste!)


Mixed Baby Greens

Mezclun, Arugula, Baby Romaine, Baby Spinach, Endive, Radicchio with thinly sliced cucumber and Sweet Red Peppers , Seasonal Fruit with a Balsamic Vinaigrette*


Spinach Salad

Red and White Kidney Beans, Lima Beans, Garbanzos & String beans in a light lemony vinaigrette.

Middle Eastern staple: Bulgar wheat, Parsley, Diced Tomatoes and cucumbers.

Sliced Bocconcini and Tomatoes with a Basil Pesto (no nuts) and a Balsamic Vinaigrette

A selection of seasonal fruits as available with Honey-lemon or Yogurt Dressing
